Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase or tracking shows it was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unworn, with no odors. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached when applicable.
Please Note: Accessories, undergarments, home decor, and food are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. You will be updated with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders are shipped using the most cost-effective method available, determined at the time of shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by weight.
U.S. Orders $100 & up ship free.
Yes! Local pick-up is available at 222 N. Broadway St., Moore, Oklahoma. If you choose the local pick-up option at checkout and cannot pick up your order in a timely manner, you will be invoiced for applicable shipping charges.
